Member Garden Visit – An Edible and Forested Garden with Linda Friedel - Thursday, July 16, 2026, 9:30 a.m.

A unique 5-acre lot in the heart of Overland Park has an orchard, several types of berries, and raised beds with annual veggies. A beehive and bee keeper are soon to be added to the garden.
Linda will discuss the three-generation aspect of the home and property and how forest and land management practices have shaped the forested portion of the property.

Member Garden Visits are gardener led tours where you will learn about the the garden, plants and the techniques the gardener uses.
